Chocolate Cream-filled Cones







Ingredients                                                                                                           Prep Time: 10 minutes
½ cup of melted chocolate                                                                                Total Time: 1 hour
1/3 cup of heavy cream                                                                                      Set Time: 30 minutes
1 tablespoon of confectioner’s sugar
½ tablespoon of vanilla extract


Directions
Take parchment or wax paper and cut into 3 inch circles, about 10. Shape circles into cones and secure with tape. Take a spoon or pastry brush and coat the inside of the cones with the chocolate so that no light shines through. Set in refrigerator. Place heavy cream, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla in mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Once ready take cones out of refrigerator and peel the paper off. Using a star tip pipe cream into cones.
