Peach or Blueberry Cobbler





Ingredients                             Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
1 stick butter                           Prep Time: 10 minutes
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
¾ cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups of fresh peaches or blueberries
3/4 cup sugar.

Preheat oven.  In 10 x 10 pyrex or aluminum pan, melt 1 stick margarine or butter. Mix flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt,  and vanilla together until smooth and pour over melted butter. Do not stir. To 3 cups fruit, add ¾ cup sugar. Spoon fruit over batter. Do not stir. Bake about 45 minutes at 325 in pyrex or 350 in aluminum pan or until brown. When done, fruit will be on bottom.

Easy Pizza

Ingredients


1 Pizza Crust (pre-baked, such as Mama Mary's)                             
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 (6 ounce) can of tomato paste                                                         
1 (15 ounce) can of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pizza toppings of your choice

Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.  Spread or brush olive oil over pizza crust to cover completely.  To make pizza sauce, stir tomato paste and tomato sauce until smooth. Stir in Italian seasoning and garlic powder until well blended. Spread sauce onto pizza crust, to cover entirely. Sprinkle cheese on top, so that it covers the pizza and add favorite toppings. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.



Forgotten Cookies





 Ingredients                                        Total Time: 5 hours 50 minutes
2 egg whites                                      Prep Time: 10 minutes
1 pinch of salt
2/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or wax paper. In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla. Spoon onto prepared cookie sheets. Place the cookies into the preheated oven, shut the door and turn off the oven immediately.  Let the cookies sit in the preheated oven for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
