Chicken Pie



Ingredients                                                                               Total Time: 40 minutes
2 unbaked pie crusts                                                                               Prep Time: 10 minutes
2 cups of canned or frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans of cream of chicken
1 ½ cups of chicken sliced into small pieces
1 table spoon of water
¼ cup of egg wash


Directions
Mix together vegetables, cream of chicken, water, and chicken in bowl. Line pie pan with 1 pie crust. Pour mixture in. Slice the second pie crust into 1 inch strips and lay in an over lapping pattern on top of the pie. Pinch edges of the crusts together. Coat a thin layer of egg wash on top. Bake for 30 minutes

  2. Made the chicken pie last night and it was true comfort food. I made the pie crust dough myself rather than use the frozen variety. Another good one from SKK.
